Section 4

Land can be acquired for the purpose of public roads and road boundaries

If any land needs to be acquired for the purpose of construction, extension or improvement of public roads or for the purpose of road boundaries, the Government of Nepal can acquire land according to the prevailing laws related to land acquisition.
